East meets West in HOTEL CHELSEA, an international production telling the story of a Japanese couple in a New York hotel (the renown Hotel Chelsea indeed)  celebrating their honeymoon that quickly goes horribly wrong. The wife finds the husband brutally killed and if that wasn’t gruel enough she also finds a video tape of his violent murder. Something is not right about the incident, and Detective Smith from the NYPD will soon find out what it is.

Usually these multi-national productions don’t really disappoint but rather add some flavor to the otherwise often average cinema program. So we recommend to check HOTEL CHELSEA out soon. Directed by Jorge Valdes-Iga, written & produced by Hiro Masuda together with fellow producers Jean-Paul Chreky, Sonia Huang, Tokuji Iuchi, Yoichi Kobayashi. Cast includes Nao Nagasawa, sawa Suzuki, Hiro Masuda, Anthony Laurent, Daniel Wilkinson, Justin Morck and Elise Rovinsky.
